πŸ€πŸ”₯ Nothing but net!

What a fantastic shot from our participant at All Abilities Basketball. Moments like these showcase confidence, teamwork, and the joy of sport for everyone. πŸ’™

Playing basketball helps build physical fitness, coordination, confidence, social connections, and teamwork skills, all while having fun and staying active. Every shot, pass, and smile is a reminder of what inclusion in sport can achieve.

πŸ’› One Question. One Conversation. One Life Changed. πŸ’›

Thank you to everyone who joined TCASS Alice Springs for our R U OK? Day community event at Telegraph Station.

From the BBQ and community walk to sharing conversations and connections, it was wonderful to see so many people come together in support of kindness, inclusion, and wellbeing.

Every smile, conversation, and moment of support helped strengthen our community and remind us of the importance of checking in on one another.

A simple question, "Are you OK?", can make a meaningful difference.

πŸ’› Thank you to everyone who attended, participated, and wore yellow to help raise awareness. Together, we're creating a community where people feel seen, heard, valued, and supported.

Very new staff = another reset.
At TCASS, we match you with long-term support workersβ€”because trust takes time.
That’s why TCASS does things differently:
βœ… We provide 6-month rosters so you know who’s coming and when
βœ… We focus on long-term pairingsβ€”not random rotations
βœ… We believe familiarity builds comfort, and comfort builds real progress
βœ… Our low staff turnover (under 5%) means you get reliable, experienced people who stay
You deserve support from people who know youβ€”not just your file.

🌟 TCASS Team Leader Meeting 🌟

ABC Folder & FlowLogic System Updates

At our recent Team Leader Meeting, we shared important updates on the transition from physical ABC folders to the FlowLogic system, highlighting improvements in record management, medication processes, and emergency preparedness.

The discussion covered how FlowLogic is centralising participant and staff information while maintaining essential physical documentation for emergencies and onboarding purposes. Team members were also guided through the updated ABC folder structure, including administration, medical information, medication records, and participant-specific documentation.

A strong focus was placed on medication management procedures, ensuring accurate documentation, secure storage, and compliance when administering prescribed, PRN, and over-the-counter medications.

The team also reinforced the importance of keeping ABC folders current and easily accessible to support effective responses during emergencies, hospital visits, or evacuations.
