What "Mandatory" Means
No More "Unregistered" SIL
By 1 October 2026, the era of unregistered SIL delivery comes to an end. Every provider delivering SIL must now be registered with the NDIS Commission. This isn’t just paperwork—it’s a commitment to rigorous audits, worker screening, and consistent, high-standard care. It’s time to shift to registration group 0138.
