Tomorrow, Wednesday 14 October, is headspace Day! ๐Ÿ’š

Young people are often encouraged to keep doing, achieving and adding more to their daily lives. This is why weโ€™re encouraging young people to do nothing* this headspace Day and remember that taking a moment to pause, recharge and reset can be just as important for their mental health and wellbeing.

Get involved this headspace Day and join us in celebrating the power of doing nothing*: https://bit.ly/4zlm0cW

Exam season can be a high-pressure time for young people, and having support around them can make it feel a little easier to navigate. ๐Ÿ’›

Being available, helping create space to switch off and reminding them that their results donโ€™t define them can all be valuable forms of support.
