We're hiring!

Thrive Support Services is looking for caring support workers to join our team in Echuca. We support NDIS and Aged Care participants at home and in the community. The role includes providing personal care, helping around the house, and accompanying participants to appointments and activities.

We have casual shifts available during the day, evenings, weekends, and for sleepovers. Pay is under the SCHADS Award.

You'll need an NDIS Worker Screening Check, a Working with Children Check, a driver's license, and a car. A Cert III or IV in Individual Support is a great bonus, but it's not essential if you bring the right attitude and some experience.

We're a small, local team that looks out for one another. If you're reliable and passionate about supporting people, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply using the link below, message us on Facebook, or email [email protected].

Deliver compassionate, person-centred care to the elderly and individuals with disabilities, supporting their daily needs and overall well-being.

Happy birthday, Luke! 🎉

You truly brighten every room just by walking in; your warm smile and joyful laugh are utterly contagious, and you always have a joke up your sleeve. Your talent shines through as a self-taught drummer and guitarist, as well as your love for the Chicago Bulls and Michael Jordan.

Hope your birthday is as fun and full of laughs as you always are.

Today is both R U OK? Day and World Su***de Prevention Day.

Today, we had a few participants contribute to the day and make signs to share the message.

Sometimes, a small question can have a big impact. If someone has come to mind recently, take a moment today to reach out and genuinely listen to what they have to say. It's a wonderful way to connect and show you care.

If you or someone you care about needs support, remember that Lifeline is available around the clock at 13 11 14. You're never alone in this journey.

It's Women's Health Week (7–11 Sept) 🩷

This week is a great opportunity for our community, staff, participants, carers, and families to come together and reflect on the health of the women around us. It's also a special time for the women among us to prioritize their health and well-being.

If that's you: book the check-up you've been putting off. Take the break you're due. Check in on how you're actually going, not just how everyone else is.

If it's not you, consider taking a moment this week to reach out to the women in your life, whether they're a colleague, a participant, or a family member, and genuinely ask how they're going. It can make a meaningful difference.

It's all about your day! Whether you're catching a game, tearing it up at the skate park, jamming with the band, or just enjoying some time out, it's all about what's important to YOU. That's what truly matters! Our team is here to support your life, making sure it fits around what you love, not the other way around.

No two days look the same because no two people are alike. Maybe it's cooking up a batch of treats in the kitchen, dressing up and meeting new furry (or scaly!) friends, picking up a camera to create something new, or simply sharing the day with someone. Whatever it looks like for you, our support workers are right there alongside you, making it happen.

At Thrive, the focus isn't merely on "getting through the day"; it's about truly enjoying each moment, feeling confident, and maintaining strong ties with the community and loved ones.

Curious what this could look like for you or someone you love? We'd love to chat. Pop your details into our expression of interest form, and we'll be in touch!
