And I’d Never Do Again 👇

1️⃣ Calorie counting is Hell.

It made me think about food all the time, obsess over numbers, and panic around “unknown” meals.

2️⃣ Strict diets end in binge. No exceptions.

The “forbidden fruit” will torture you with constant cravings first, and at the end of the day - eaten.

Don’t want to binge?
Stop demonising carbs and treats

3️⃣ Your body isn’t the problem.

Cravings are not physiological.

Think about:

Stress? Comfort food.
Tired? Sugar.
Need a break? Snack.

It’s a pattern of soothing emotions with food.

1️⃣ Carbs allowed. Calorie counting — no

Popular opinion says the opposite, I know.

But calorie counting is exactly what makes us

→ think about food all day,
→ obsess over numbers,
→ panic around “unknown” meals

Your life starts revolving around food.

2️⃣ Fix “your thing.”

Every woman has one (at least):

→ sugar cravings
→ comfort eating
→ mindless snacking
→ finishing the plate

👉 If it keeps pulling you back every time,
this attempt will end like the others —
unless you fix that first.

The approach we used 👇

First — thinking about food is normal.
It only becomes a problem when it turns intrusive, obsessive, and anxious.

Deep down, you’re scared that voice will take over:

you’ll overeat, lose control, gain weight…
and let’s be honest — it’s probably happened before.

So you try to protect yourself with rules:

👉 time rules: intermittent fasting
👉 place rules: avoiding restaurants and social eating
👉 food rules: cutting carbs

But those are outside shields…
while the noise is still living inside your head.

That’s why it doesn’t last.

So can food noise actually be switched off?

Yes.

When you end the cold war with food, staying in shape stops feeling like a daily battle.

You feel calm and simply normal around food.
Comfortable in your skin.

And this is exactly what my client experienced here.
