Great to have AFL ⭐️ Christian Petracca Gold Coact FC at MCAP on Wednesday this week after he completed a tough lactic running session with. Adam Larcom provide our developing elite team with an outstanding insight into the life on an elite AFL player. Many areas were covered including how to maintain training / performance standards throughout a season, professionalism , dealing with setbacks such as injuries and having perspective and detailing and documentation of your own training programs. All athletes gained amazing insights setting them up for their own success throughout their careers. Success leaves clues…It was sensational and we appreciate your time Trac. MCAP athlete Lewis Spiker is umpiring his first VFL Preliminary final Geelong v Port Melbourne. This is a massive achievement for Lewis in his quest to become an AFL Boundary Umpire. Lewis has shown serious dedication, commitment and a willingness to constantly improve including running mechanics coaching with Adam Larcom and Strength training with Dinny Wolf- Odonnell.
