We’ve seen it time and time again, the bridge between clinical excellence and business success is data.

When your reporting and compliance are tidy, you gain more than just a happy accountant; you gain peace of mind.

These small, consistent habits prevent the heavy administrative load that often accumulates by June.

Our team specialises in cleaning up these processes so they work for you, not against you.

Which of these four is your biggest hurdle right now?

Excellence in allied health is supported by what happens behind the scenes.

June doesn't have to be a month of burnout.

With proactive admin support, you can finish the financial year with your energy intact.

We’re here to help you turn that chaos into clarity.

Send us a DM to see how our remote admin team can lighten your load.

One of the most common questions we get is how to avoid the "June Scramble."

The answer usually isn’t working longer hours, it’s increasing the visibility of your data.

When your reporting is clean and your files are organised, the numbers tell a clear story.

This allows you to hand things over to your accountant with confidence rather than a list of "I'll find that later."

Focus on your clinical impact and let the systems handle the rest.

💙 PUSH-UP CHALLENGE 2026

This year, both Mat and Koby are taking part in The Push-Up Challenge for 2026, raising awareness and funds for mental health.

For Mat in particular, this challenge carries a very personal meaning. Almost five years ago, this New Year’s, he lost one of his best mates to su***de, something no family or group of mates should ever have to experience.

It is no secret that many men often carry the weight of the world quietly. Too often, they push worries aside, feel the need to “stay strong”, or think asking for help somehow makes them weak.

The reality? Men need support too. They need space to talk, people to check in, and to know it’s OK not to be OK.

Sadly, su***de has touched far too many of us in one way or another. If this challenge helps spark a conversation, encourages someone to check in on a mate, or reminds someone they are not alone, then it matters.

If you’re in a position to support Mat and Koby this year, whether through a donation, encouragement, or simply sharing this post, they would be incredibly grateful 💙

✨ I am proud to share that I have been named a Finalist in the She Inspires Awards 2026 in the Agent of Change category! 🦋

Over 20 years ago I fell in love with allied health administration; the complex, behind-the-scenes work that keeps clinics running so clinicians can show up fully for their clients.
In 2017, encouraged by a colleague who believed in me when I wasn't sure I believed in myself, I took a leap of faith and founded Allied Health Admin and Consulting.
Today, we support 32 allied health practices across Australia.
It hasn't always been easy; there have been challenges that would have stopped many people in their tracks. But we kept going, because the work matters and the people we support matter.

To be recognised as an Agent of Change, someone who drives meaningful impact and helps transform systems for the better, means the absolute world to me.
This recognition belongs to my incredible team just as much as it does to me. 💛

Final judging is still underway, and I am so grateful for every bit of support along the way! 🙏

In many allied health practices, the lead-up to June 30 is met with a sense of dread.

Between clinical loads and data reporting, the administrative pressure can feel heavy.

However, good systems are designed to hold that weight for you.

When your workflows are consistent, the end of financial year becomes a period of reflection rather than a period of panic.

Let’s shift the narrative from chaos to calm this year.

Is your practice ready for a smooth transition? Let’s chat about how we can support your systems.

Melbourne, we are coming!

Supporting the Support Service Business of the Year means recognising the people who keep everything moving, often behind the scenes, often without the spotlight.

And tomorrow, we are proud to sponsor this category at the Beam Awards 2026.

This category means a lot to us, because it reflects the kind of work we value every single day.

See you at the Crown Hotels !!

Fun at work isn’t about being silly or lowering standards.

It’s about creating an environment where people feel comfortable, connected, and supported.

The best allied health teams are still structured and accountable but they don’t strip the human side out of the workplace.

Because when people enjoy where they work, they:
• communicate better
• support each other more
• show up more consistently for their clients

Fun doesn’t take away from professionalism.
It’s what makes it sustainable.

And without it, even the best systems start to feel heavy.
