MEET MISS DANIELLE 🫶🏼 The founder of Little Language and the reason this little speechie community exists 🤍

Danielle knew she wanted to be a speech pathologist way back in high school, and after living, studying and volunteering in non-English speaking countries (including six months in South America), her passion for helping kids find their roar only grew.

Over 20 years later, she’s still just as passionate about helping children develop their speech, language and literacy skills, while celebrating every communication win along the way 🎉 We’re so grateful to have Miss Danielle’s care, experience and guidance at LL 🥰🥰

MEET MISS YVONNE 🫶🏼 One of our AMAZING directors and a senior speechie who’s been with the team for almost a decade!

Yvonne loooves helping our little ones find their voice and grow their confidence… all while celebrating the wins (both big and small) along the way 🎉

Fluent in English AND Cantonese, she has a real soft spot for helping our multilingual kids and watching their communication bloom across both languages

Our LL kids (and team!) absolutely adore her ♥️♥️

MEET MISS LETICIA 🫶🏼 Our incredibly experienced (and very loved!) senior speechie!

Having worked in the industry for over 3 whole decades, it’s no wonder she’s an absolute powerhouse of knowledge and brings heart to every single one of her client sessions 🤍

Leticia has a special love for orofacial myology, speech and pronunciation, dysphagia, feeding and breastfeeding support… and as a bilingual (Portuguese/English) clinician, she adores supporting families in both languages 🇧🇷🇦🇺

Known for her calm, gentle and family-centred approach, Leticia truly believes every voice deserves to be heard and we feel so lucky to have her as a part of our team 🫶🏼🫶🏼

It’s been a massive week at Little Language 🦁🦁 say hello to our second newbie!

Meet Michelle, our amazing Allied Health Assistant and future speechie! Her background as a teacher’s aide and disability support worker means she brings big warm energy, superhero-level patience and has a knack for turning learning into fun 🤪

When Michelle’s not in the clinic, she’s swimming in the ocean, running, riding and being a proud mum to two kids 👏🏼

Safe to say she’ll fit right in with our LL crew!

A BIG welcome to our newest speechie Melanie 🎉🎉

Mel is a California girl turned Aussie local… and we’re very happy she hung around! With a Linguistics degree (where she spent a dreamyyy year studying abroad in Italy) and a Master of Speech Pathology from Griffith University, she’s basically a full-blown language lover 🥰🥰

Mel’s worked with both kids and adults across a wide range of communication needs but has a soft spot for early language and helping the little ones find their voices

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her hiking, climbing or playing guitar like the multi-talented human she is 👏🏼👏🏼
