SIL and SDA, What Is the Difference?

Supported Independent Living, known as SIL, provides help with everyday tasks such as personal care, cooking, cleaning, and building daily living skills.

Specialist Disability Accommodation, known as SDA, refers to specially designed housing for eligible participants with significant support needs.

A participant may receive SIL support while living in an SDA property, but the two supports are funded separately.
