2026 Programming CYCLE 6
What a strong turnout for “Murph”, with many completing the workout for the first time. And sorry but not sorry about the week that followed, just needed to make sure we knew “Murph” wasn’t that bad.
This now brings us to our next cycle. Our MAJOR focus will be taken care of by OVERHEAD PRESSING, with several variations being used to work a well-rounded pressing strength ready for anything. Alongside the pressing will be SPRINT REPEATS as our MINOR focus, this means you will be doing short sharp efforts working on our anaerobic fitness. This won’t be restricted to just using the cardio machines around the gym but also barbell and dumbbell loading to add the spice.
GYMNASTICS will be primarily HANDSTAND walking with a workshop taking you through a more narrowed in practice time, with PULL UPS still being sprinkled in the keep thing
