Since joining Health Studio in early 2025, Pat has been working towards ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ก๐ž๐ซ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฐ๐š๐ฅ๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐œ๐š๐ฉ๐š๐œ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ so she can continue enjoying the activities she loves.

Through her consistency and commitment, Pat has made incredible progress, nearly ๐’…๐’๐’–๐’ƒ๐’๐’Š๐’๐’ˆ her leg press strength from 35kg to 65kg while continuing to live an active and fullfilling lifestyle.
