All classes are beginner-friendly and pregnancy-friendly, so you can step onto the mat exactly as you are.
🧘♂️Yin Yoga — Tuesdays at 8pm
Slow down and sink in. This deeply restorative class focuses on fascia and the body’s energetic system, with longer-held poses (3–5 minutes) to encourage release, stillness, and a calm, meditative state.
🧘♀️Vinyasa — Wednesdays at 7pm
Flow, build, and feel strong. A dynamic class blending strength and flexibility, designed to challenge without overwhelm. Expect a gradual build, a satisfying flow, and a grounding wind-down that leaves you feeling lighter and clear-headed.
🧘Slow Flow — Saturdays at 8am (45 mins)
Start your weekend with intention. A mindful, steady-paced practice that blends gentle movement with moments of stillness. Focus on breath, awareness, and connection—leaving you grounded, balanced, and refreshed.
