Jen leads yoga retreats and classes in the beautiful Byron Bay region. Her sessions provide an embodied experience of yoga, encouraging the engagement of body, breath, and mind to cultivate inner ease, vitality, and joy.

For more than 30 years, Jen has delved deeply into the ancient art and science of yoga, dedicating herself to continuous learning, self practice and extensive teaching experience. Jen teaches with warmth, clarity and precision, her classes are embodied explorations of yoga with asana, breath, meditation, and philosophy.

This session give us the time and space to immerse and deepen our yoga practice. Together we will weave movement, breath, meditation, and somatic awareness into a rich, layered practice designed to restore balance, deepen self-awareness, and leave you feeling grounded and revitalised.

Join me this Saturday for a 5-week foundational course, including gentle Hatha yoga postures and basic functional movement patterns to build strength, mobility and stability from the ground up.

A healthy, supported body is not created in isolation — it’s the result of how the whole system moves, breathes and functions together.

The course will include a slow practice with rebalancing and activating the feet, learning to switch on the core, and creating clear, connected pathways into the torso — integrating hips and the shoulders.

The practices support both physical benefits — strength, mobility, posture and pain reduction — and mental and nervous system wellbeing, helping you feel more grounded, resilient and at ease.

Suitable for all levels and also those new to yoga and needing a movement practice that is accessible and non-intimidating.

Small groups for personal guidance and will set you up for ongoing yoga practice and movement longevity.

Starts Saturday May 9th to 6th June
