On the latest episode of Playful Beginnings, Dr. Jenna Taylor joins us to discuss her APT-award-winning dissertation: a meta-analysis of Child-Centered Play Therapy and Child-Parent Relationship Therapy for internalizing behaviors in children (anxiety, depression, withdrawal).

A few findings worth sharing with your network:
→ Effect sizes ranged from small-to-medium (CCPT) to very large (CPRT, up to 1.51)
→ Outcomes held steady across age, gender, ethnicity, and session count
→ 14 of the 25 included studies were conducted in school settings
