A group of Resthaven friends recently enjoyed a special outing and morning tea together in the Botanic Gardens. Arranged at the request of the residents, the ladies enjoyed a gentle walk along the bubbling brooks and waterfall, before settling in for a delicious morning tea on the deck overlooking the lush greenery and peaceful lagoons. We were honoured to celebrate the wonderful mums, grandmothers, and mother figures across our community! We held a special Mother's Day High Tea, played games with pamper inspired prizes, had a lovely visit from the ladies of the Soroptimist group who gifted residents decorated hand-crafted wooden hearts, and community members dropped in to give residents flowers. 💐☕️ Thank you to everyone who helped create such a warm and memorable afternoon filled with laughter, connection and special moments for residents to treasure. ❤️
