Welcome to my little corner of the internet
Bear with me as I figure this all out.

I worked as a nurse for over 7 years and after experiencing a miscarriage, I found myself going deeper into my own healing journey.

That season led me to study holistic coaching, kinesiology and Spinal Energetics and eventually I started a business as a somatic practitioner.

Fast forward… I left my nursing career, then fell pregnant with my second baby the following month. Whoops.

Before he was born, I gave UGC a go and somewhere along the way I realised how much I loved creating, storytelling, editing and helping brands bring content to life.

So now this space is a bit of everything.

Motherhood.
Healing.
Mental health.
Personal development.
Creative work.
UGC.
Sovereignty
Building income through my skills.
And figuring out who I am as I go.

The more I reflect on motherhood, the more I realise it hasn’t just taught me about raising kids.

It’s taught me about myself.

The messy parts.

The parts that still need compassion.

And for that, I’m grateful.

In a world that often teaches men to stay quiet, I hope our boys grow up seeing that vulnerability, grief and love can all be expressed.

Grateful to have a partner who isn’t afraid of hard conversations, big feelings or topics people often avoid like miscarriage.
