Chronic pain is one of the most common things we see in practice. It’s also one of the most complex. 🤯

That’s why last week’s MDT Professional Development session was such a good one. A huge thank you to Marie Pham from Evolving Pain for taking our team through the latest thinking in chronic pain management! 🙌🏻

From pain science and clinical reasoning to management strategies, referral pathways, and case-based discussions, Marie challenged us to think differently and gave our clinicians plenty of practical tools to take back into practice.

Melbourne crew were in the room. Our interstate teams tuned in online. Everyone was locked in.

Great clinical care doesn’t come from standing still. It comes from staying curious, continuing to learn, and constantly looking for better ways to support the people we work with.

When one case manager reaches out to share glowing feedback about a clinician, it’s worth celebrating.

When TWO case managers reach out with heartfelt praise from clients and their families in the same week? That’s something special! 🙌

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Stephanie, one of our amazing Remedial Massage Therapists in Melbourne.

Two separate case managers recently contacted our team to pass on how much their clients and families appreciate Stephanie’s care. They spoke about her kindness, professionalism, clinical skill and the positive impact she has on their health and wellbeing. The feedback was unanimous: Stephanie is making a real difference. 💙

Last Friday, the Melbourne team clocked off and headed to Fortress for a night of food, drinks, games, and plenty of chaos (the fun kind 😅).

From racing games and basketball shootouts to air hockey battles and claw machines, the competition was fierce and the laughs were loud. Safe to say, some hidden gaming talents were uncovered. 👀

Last week, the Nimbus Health team was proud to attend the Ageing Australia VIC Conference 2026 alongside so many incredible leaders and innovators in the aged care space.

From insightful discussions to meaningful conversations at our booth, it was an energising few days filled with connection, collaboration, and fresh ideas shaping the future of aged care. Events like this are such an important reminder of the impact we can create when we come together with a shared goal: improving the lives of older Australians! 👏💙
