We're excited to introduce Ashleigh Podolak, an experienced musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist who has joined our team at Dendy Village.

Ashleigh brings a wealth of experience in private practice, Clinical Pilates and sports physiotherapy, including working with professional football teams in Europe, as well as the VFL and VAFA.

Ashleigh has a particular interest in:

🏋‍♀️Strength and conditioning
💪Clinical Pilates

Ashleigh combines hands-on treatment with tailored rehabilitation programs to help her clients move with confidence and achieve their goals.

Welcome Jess to The Physio Room team🎊

Jess is a musculoskeletal and pelvic health physiotherapist with a rich background in sports rehabilitation, women’s health and Clinical Pilates. With experience as an elite swimmer, coach, personal trainer and Pilates educator, she brings exceptional movement insight to her practice.

Jess blends clear education, exercise therapy, hands‑on treatment and dry needling to help clients feel strong, capable and confident in their bodies.

Jess starts on the clinics on Monday 12th of October. Jess will be available at Dendy Village and Small Street on Mondays, and at Small Street on Tuesdays — with late evening appointments also. We’re so excited to have Jess share her passion for movement with our community.🤗🥳

It’s a moment to reflect and appreciate the fantastic community that has grown around our clinics.

To our wonderful clients — thank you for trusting us with your care and for being part of what makes The Physio Room feel so special. And to our incredible team, past and present, thank you for your compassion, your expertise, and the way you show up for our clients every single day.

It has been an exciting year welcoming new team members and settling into our Dendy Village clinic. We’re grateful to be supporting even more members of our community to move, heal and thrive.

Our Women's Health appointments provide compassionate, evidence based support for women through every stage of life. Personalised care is available for:

🌿Bladder or bowel changes
🌿Pelvic pain &endometriosis
🌿Menopause related symptoms
🌿Pregnancy and post natal conditions & exercise guidance

All sessions are private, one on one, and grounded in consent led, respectful care. If something hasn’t felt quite right, you are not alone — and support is here.

A very warm welcome to our new physiotherapist Natalie, joining our team today!

Natalie is a highly experienced physiotherapist, and has a special interest in:

🏋Clinical Pilates and Exercise Rehabilitation
👩Women's Health Physiotherapy
🦵Spinal and knee joint conditions

Outside the clinic, Natalielives an active life — from climbing, sailing and snowboarding to weights and salsa — giving her a deep, practical understanding of movement and rehab. Read Natalie's bio on our website for more details.

Natalie will be available at both our Dendy Village and Small Street Clinics, including some Saturday morning appointments.

Reception Availability

Our remote reception team will be available by phone, except for December 25th to the 28th, and January 1st.   A voicemail service will be available on these dates.

24/7 online booking via our website will be available as per usual. 

Appointment Requests / Queries 

Please email [email protected] with appointment requests and any queries during the holiday period. We recommend emailing this address instead of emailing your usual physiotherapist. Our team will be working reduced hours and may be on leave; they may not have the opportunity to respond to your queries until their return to work.
