For years we’ve been told that carbohydrates are the problem.
Meanwhile, people are terrified of potatoes, fruit and dark chocolate... while happily eating protein bars, snack packs and “healthy” processed foods every day.
The issue isn’t carbohydrates.
The issue is being overfed while undernourished.
Real food brings more than calories to the table:

✓ Vitamins
✓ Minerals
✓ Antioxidants
✓ Satiety
✓ Enjoyment
Most people don’t need to eat less food.
They need to eat more of the foods that actually nourish them.
Stop fearing potatoes.
Stop fearing fruit.
Stop fearing carbohydrates.
Start focusing on nutrient density.
