Mindful Mamas Gathering mamas to explore the inner work of motherhood using mindfulness and connection. Mothering in the modern world can be overwhelming and guilt ridden.

We are bombarded with information – articles, books, online programs – all providing us with a plethora of information about how to mother more mindfully. We find ourselves both inspired and overwhelmed by what it means to be a modern mindful mama. Whether you are looking for information on a specific topic, wanting to gain support, seeking some stillness or seeking social connection with other mo

thers in a welcoming and non-judgmental atmosphere, there is something for everyone in the Mindful Mamas space. We offer mindful mama circles fortnightly for a term or monthly, mindful mama workshops for a day, sessions in private as well as an annual mama camp.
