Anxiety in children doesn't always look like worry.
Sometimes it looks like stomach aches before school, or meltdowns that seem to come out of nowhere. It looks like avoiding activities they used to love, asking "what if" questions at bedtime, or finding it really hard to separate from you in the morning.
