Are you passionate about BIM innovation, Revit content development, and digital engineering transformation?
Metricon is seeking a highly skilled BIM & Revit Content Specialist to help drive the future of connected BIM, drafting excellence, and digital design within Australia's largest residential building environment.
In this pivotal role, you'll:
* Develop and govern high-quality Revit families, templates, and BIM content libraries
* Create advanced parametric Revit content for residential construction products
* Champion BIM standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
* Drive Revit and BIM adoption across Product Design, Master Drafting, and Production Drafting teams
* Act as the internal BIM and Revit Subject Matter Expert (SME)
* Support Autodesk platforms including Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Docs, and emerging technologies
* Enable teams through training, collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives
We're looking for professionals with:
* Advanced Revit modelling expertise
* Strong experience creating parametric Revit families
* Deep understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and standards
* Experience managing BIM content libraries and governance
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and training capabilities
* Background in design, drafting, construction, or residential building environments
