Something special happened today... ❤️

I was completely surprised when our jigsaw team came together to gift me beautiful flowers and a basket of English treats to celebrate the expansion to include Grow Paediatric Therapy. I'm usually the one giving gifts because I genuinely love making other people feel special, so being on the receiving end was something I wasn't expecting.

What makes this even more special isn't just the thoughtful gifts - it's the culture we've built together. A culture where people genuinely celebrate each other's successes, support one another, and make everyone feel valued.

I'm incredibly grateful to be surrounded by such an amazing team. Thank you all for your kindness, generosity, and for making today one I'll never forget. Here's to the next exciting chapter together! 🌸🇬🇧✨

🎉 Welcome to the Team, Emma! 🎉

We’re excited to welcome Emma to the team as our new Scheduling Coordinator!

Em is passionate about community services and delivering person-centred services. She holds a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management and brings extensive leadership and scheduling experience across Retail, Community Aged Care, and the NDIS sector. Her career has included roles from Support Worker and Home Services Lead to most recently Support Work Team Leader.

Em’s strengths include team mentoring, compliance, training, recruitment, building relationships, and continuous improvement. She is also a strong advocate for mental health and wellbeing, supported by lived experience, work in the field, and further study.

When she's not at work, you'll find Em spending time with her doggos, family and friends, walking, or enjoying a coffee by the beach.

Please join us in giving Emma a warm welcome! We’re thrilled to have her on board and look forward to the positive impact she will make for our team and the people we support. Em will be manning the desk at our Morphett Vale clinic so make sure to say hi when you're next in

So today I had the pleasure of catching up with Jenni from Shine Bright Physiotherapy! Fun fact we use to work together 10 years ago!!!!
It was so great to hear how her business is going and show her around the clinic and look how we can support the amazing work that Jenny is doing!!!

We are too excited to wait to share this news! We are so greatful that Renee is trusting us with her Team. We also want to welcome the Grow team ( staff and families) to Jigsaw Therapy and are excited for Renee to continue as Practcie manager ❤️🙌

A little update from Renee 💛

Grow has always been my first baby, so this announcement comes with a lot of mixed emotions.

After lots of thought and careful consideration, Grow Paediatric Therapy is becoming part of Jigsaw Therapy, another incredible local provider.

Like many providers, I've spent a lot of time thinking about what the future of the NDIS looks like, and what I want the future of Grow to look like too. Becoming part of a larger, registered local provider means greater stability for our team and the families we support, while allowing Grow to remain Grow.

One of the things that made this decision easier was knowing that Jigsaw shares so many of the values that are important to me. Neuroaffirming, relationship-based, family-centred support has always been at the heart of Grow, and I feel incredibly confident that those values will continue into this next chapter.

Grow will continue operating as Grow, alongside Jigsaw Therapy, under the leadership of Jigsaw's director, Iris. Our dream team is staying, appointments will continue as normal, and the supports our children and families receive will remain the same.

There are also some personal reasons behind the decision. Since welcoming my daughter, I've found myself reflecting on what I want the next chapter to look like. This transition allows me to remain involved in a role I love, while creating a little more balance for my family.

I'll also be staying on as Practice Manager and Developmental Educator (can't get rid of me that easily!)

Thank you for being part of the Grow story so far. Whether you've been with us for years or only recently joined us, thank you for trusting us with your children, your families, and your stories. It is a privilege I never take for granted.

I'm incredibly proud of what we've built together, and I'm excited to see where this next chapter takes us.
