Let’s clear this up… 👀

Cold weather doesn’t actually give you a cold.

Viruses give you colds 🤧

But winter does create the perfect conditions for them to spread:
• More time indoors
• Less fresh air
• More people sharing germs
• Less sunshine and often more stress + less sleep

So it’s not the cold itself — it’s everything that comes with it.

Which is actually good news 🙌
Because it means there’s a lot you can do to support your immune system through winter.
