Congratulations to Robin on 3 years and Ethan on 4 years with ESM! 🎉

Robin has played a key role as our Plant Manager, ensuring our fleet is maintained to the highest standard and ready for our clients. His knowledge and commitment to quality have been instrumental in supporting our operations.

Ethan has been an integral part of the team as one of our HD Fitters. His hard work, technical expertise and willingness to go the extra mile help keep our equipment operating safely in some of WA's toughest environments.

A VIP experience to remember!

Last Friday, Shannon and Eimear had the pleasure of joining our Colouring Competition winner, Lennart and his dad, Pärt, for an exclusive VIP tour of the Hitachi facility.

A huge thank you to Dale and Ryan, who gave us a brilliant behind the scenes tour of the factory, where we got to see machines big and small and learn all about how they are built. Lennart even got the chance to climb into the cab of an excavator!

To make the day even more special, Hitachi and Landcros surprised Lennart with an amazing hamper filled with toys and Hitachi merchandise and the timing couldn't have been better, as the VIP tour fell on his birthday! 🎉

It was an incredible afternoon and a fantastic experience for everyone involved. A huge thank you to Hitachi and Landcros for making the day so memorable.

In preparation for our "50 Years of Deadly" NAIDOC Community BBQ on Friday, 10 July 2026, the team at Australian Indigenous Group would like to extend our sincere thanks to ESM Resources for coming on board as the major sponsor of this year's raffle.

Through their generous donation of a fire pit, wine, and stubby holders, ESM Resources is helping create another opportunity for our community to come together in celebration of NAIDOC. Recently, our watercarts were used to assist with the fire response in Newman.

When a client reported an air conditioning fault on a hired Watercart, ESM HD Fitter Ethan responded immediately to diagnose and repair the issue on site.

Since ESM invested in additional training, including Ethan obtaining his AAC02 Refrigerant Handling Licence, the issue was resolved in less than 6 hours, avoiding what could have been days of downtime waiting for external contractors.

This is why we invest in highly skilled, multi-trained field service fitters to keep projects moving and minimise disruption on site.

Founded in 2015 by Paul and Jay, ESM Resources began as a proudly West Australian, family-owned business built on honesty and hard work.
