When a client reported an air conditioning fault on a hired Watercart, ESM HD Fitter Ethan responded immediately to diagnose and repair the issue on site.

Since ESM invested in additional training, including Ethan obtaining his AAC02 Refrigerant Handling Licence, the issue was resolved in less than 6 hours, avoiding what could have been days of downtime waiting for external contractors.

This is why we invest in highly skilled, multi-trained field service fitters to keep projects moving and minimise disruption on site.

11 years of ESM Resources! 🎉

Founded in 2015 by Paul and Jay, ESM Resources began as a proudly West Australian, family-owned business built on honesty and hard work.

What started as a small local operation has grown into one of Western Australia’s leading providers of dry hire equipment and maintenance solutions for the mining, civil and construction industries, with depots across Newman, Port Hedland and Karratha.

While a lot has changed over the last 11 years, one thing hasn’t, our focus on building strong relationships, delivering reliable service and backing our clients with solutions that make a real difference in the field.

This month, we’re delighted to introduce Mark, our brilliant Storeperson here at ESM.

Since joining the team last December, Mark has quickly become an invaluable asset, keeping things organised and running smoothly behind the scenes.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Business and brings a strong background in supply chain and logistics. He previously worked as a Supply Chain Analyst at Verizon, managing stock and coordinating with suppliers, before gaining hands-on warehouse and logistics experience at D Pack Ltd.
