Chantelle was recognised for her passion and teamwork. She consistently goes above and beyond for her clients and families, is always willing to answer questions and support those around her, and does an incredible job leading our groups portfolio. She is proactive, organised, and always looking for ways to improve our processes and support the team. 🤩

Sanduni was recognised for her passion, teamwork, and impact. She is an incredibly supportive mentor who is always willing to help others, and her dedication to our social groups has been outstanding. She continually brings creative ideas and enthusiasm to her work, making a positive difference for both clients and colleagues. 🥳

Our April Culture Day was all about strengthening our team, reconnecting with our values, and reflecting on how this directly supports the families and community we work with every day 🩵✨
