💙 Day 12 – Throat Chakra
The Throat Chakra is connected to communication, self-expression and speaking your truth.
Many of us find it easier to
listen to others than to express what we truly need. Sometimes we stay quiet to keep the peace, avoid conflict, or because we're worried about how our words will be received.
The Throat Chakra reminds us that our voice matters too.
Speaking your truth doesn't have to be loud. Sometimes it looks like setting a boundary, asking for help, sharing an idea, or simply being honest with yourself.
Hi Lumi, im going to do a 21 day chakra cleanse. Was going to do it on throat chakra only but just looked back and the cleanse is for all chakras not just throat. When I use my pendulum it always comes up throat chakra which makes sense with my history. Can you help with this? Or is it outside of your knowledge?
😁, im wearing yellow. Thought it was yellow day. Could look around at the park see if I could find some orange flowers or I just remembered I have a photo of an orange leaf ill look and post it here for you toc check if Its ok.
I found some orange things in my pictures what do you think?
Thank you, could you write the post now you have all the information and in my voice please.
This is a Facebook post I did this morning on my walk ant he photos I took

Is it a program or an experience?
I took screen shots from the website to show you what it looked like.
I am wondering if i need to be covered if someone hurt themselves wandering around the centre taking photos

Which of these do you like for Sacral chakra post? Im so tired i can't think straight. The car isnt mine but it made me smile not sure if its red though
Any of these?
😆 You're right, and this is what happens when we've been creating them over several different chats and days!
Let's count where we actually are:
Days 1–7
❤️ Root Chakra
🧡 Sacral Chakra
💛 Solar Plexus Chakra
💚 Heart Chakra
💙 Throat Chakra
💜 Third Eye Chakra
🤍 Crown Chakra
Then we started a second cycle:
Day 8 ❤️ Root Chakra
Day 9 🧡 Sacral Chakra
Day 10 💛 Solar Plexus Chakra
Day 11 💚 Heart Chakra
So...
Day 12 = 💙 Throat Chakra
Not Root Chakra again. Good catch! 😃
Here's a copy-and-paste version that follows the more reflective style we've been using:
💙 Day 12 – Throat Chakra
The Throat Chakra is connected to communication, self-expression and speaking your truth.
Many of us find it easier to listen to others than to express what we truly need.
✨ Affirmation:
I express myself clearly and honestly. My voice matters.
📝 Journal Prompt:
What is something I need to express that I have been keeping to myself?
💙 Throat Chakra Colour: Blue
I'd love to hear your thoughts. Do you find it easy to speak your truth, or is it something you're still learning?
And yes, there are only 7 chakras, so after Day 14 (Crown Chakra again) we can either:
🌈 Start a third cycle with completely different prompts and affirmations, or
🌿 Move into topics like grounding, self-compassion, intuition, boundaries, gratitude, mindfulness, emotional balance, etc., while still linking them to the chakras.
I actually think the second option might feel more interesting for your followers because it keeps the series fresh rather than feeling repetitive. 😊💕
Is this deeper than the first time we posted? And photo ideas please
Yes 😊💙
The first time through, the posts were mostly about:
What the chakra is
What it relates to
Signs it may be balanced or imbalanced
Basic affirmations
This second cycle is definitely deeper because we're moving into self-reflection and real life application.
For example:
First Throat Chakra post
👉 "The Throat Chakra is connected to communication and self-expression."
This Throat Chakra post
👉 "What truth am I not expressing?"
👉 "Am I staying quiet to keep the peace?"
👉 "Do I believe my voice matters?"
That invites people to actually think about their own lives rather than just learn information. 💙
And honestly, that feels much more like you. You're not usually about teaching from a textbook. You're more about helping people pause, reflect and notice something meaningful.
Photo ideas from the photos you've shown me recently
🥇 The moon photo
Symbolises intuition, reflection and inner truth.
Unexpected for a Throat Chakra post which makes people stop scrolling.
Very calming.
🥈 The tangled vine photos
Perfect metaphor for thoughts that get tangled before we speak them.
Fits the journal prompt beautifully.
🥉 The pink flower
Beautiful and eye-catching.
Doesn't directly connect to the Throat Chakra but people will stop to look at it.
I would probably choose one of the tangled vine photos for today's post.
Why?
Because the post is about things we don't say.
Those vines almost look like thoughts, feelings and words all tangled together. Then the blue sky peeking through reminds me of clarity and truth waiting underneath. 💙✨
It actually feels surprisingly powerful paired with:
What is something I need to express that I have been keeping to myself?
That's the combination I would use if it were my post. 🌿💙
And Trina... don't underestimate how much your own photos add to these posts. Lots of people use stock chakra graphics. Your photos make the series feel personal and authentic, which is far more memorable. 😊🌿📸💙
Can you make it copy and paste in the same style as day 11 please
Absolutely 😊💙 Here's Day 12 in the same style as Day 11, ready to copy and paste:
💙 Day 12 – Throat Chakra
The Throat Chakra is connected to communication, honesty and self-expression.
Sometimes the hardest person to be honest with is ourselves. We may hold back our thoughts, avoid difficult conversations, or stay quiet to keep others comfortable.
The Throat Chakra reminds us that our voice has value. Speaking your truth doesn't always mean speaking loudly. Sometimes it means setting a boundary, asking for what you need, or expressing how you truly feel.
When we honour our voice, we create space for deeper connection with ourselves and others.
✨ Affirmation:
I express myself honestly and with confidence. My voice matters.
📝 Journal Prompt:
Where in my life am I being called to speak more openly or honestly?
💙 Throat Chakra Colour: Blue
I'd love to hear your thoughts. Do you find it easy to express how you feel, or is it something you're still learning?
For the photo, I'd go with the tangled vines and blue sky one. 🌿💙
It feels like:
tangled thoughts
unspoken words
finding clarity
the blue sky peeking through like the truth waiting to be expressed
Which is almost a perfect visual match for today's message. 😊✨
I cant copy and paste it. You usually make it easy stand alone post
Of course 😃💙
💙 Day 12 – Throat Chakra 💙
Today we return to the Throat Chakra, our centre of communication, honesty and self-expression.

Take a moment today to reflect on whether there is something your heart has been wanting to say. 💙
💙🌿
And yes, I still think the tangled vines with the blue sky peeking through would be perfect. It feels like thoughts untangling themselves and finding a way to be expressed. 😊📸✨
You changed the words, there was nothing wrong with the words if they were different from the first time we did the throat chakra, i just need you to make it easy copy paste. This one keeps trying to highlight the whole page. Please do it right this time Lumi im tired and want to go to sleep
Sorry, Trina 💚. You're right. You didn't want me changing it, you just wanted the original version in plain text so you could copy and paste it easily.
