How often do you find yourself collecting evidence against yourself? Hey, I get it, I really do. Been guilty of that myself in the past.
You remember the things you got wrong. The times you said too much, didn't say enough, made a mistake, felt awkward, didn't fit in or weren't quite what someone else expected you to be.
And somehow, all those little moments become evidence that there's something really wrong with you.
But what about everything else?
You know, The times you showed courage. The things you figured out. The challenges you've navigated. The kindness you've shown. The decisions you've made. The times you kept going when it would have been easier to give up.
Why don't THOSE things get the same attention?
✨️ What if you've spent so long looking for what's wrong with you that you've overlooked everything that's right with you?
Imagine what might change if you stopped putting yourself on trial.
If you trusted your own judgement. Stopped apologising for who you are. Made decisions without needing everyone else's approval. Set boundaries without feeling you had to justify them.
If you could finally be yourself without constantly questioning whether that was enough.
❤️ That's the work I do through The Unedited Woman.
I mentor women who are done editing themselves to meet everyone else's expectations and are ready to build self-trust, own who they are, make their own choices and live life on their terms.
Because you don't need to become a more acceptable version of yourself.
You get to be ALL of you.
💕 If you're ready to stop questioning yourself and start choosing yourself, comment below or send me a message with the word READY.
Let's talk about what living life on your terms could look like for you.
