With Mother's Day around the corner here in Perth, I sat over the weekend and put pen to paper to express something that's so close to my heart. A part of my stroy I've never really spoken about before✨️

The Holding Space is changing, and that's OK 💫

My plan for a short while is to offer smaller groups in my home at a reduced cost to you all attending.
There will be limited numbers so first in best dressed. It will be all the same magic just in a different space for a while.

Rather than having everything provided, you'll need to bring your own mat and props to make the experience as comfortable as possible for yourself.
Think cozy clothes, blankets, pillows, and anything else you'd like to make the experience super restful 💫✨️🙌🌻

I will, of course, hold the usual supportive space for your mind, body & soul to switch off and rest.
