Sugar addiction?
For years women have been told they have no self-control.
That they just need more willpower.
More discipline.
More motivation.
But what if it is not a character flaw?
What if your cravings are a biological response to stress, poor sleep, hormone changes and a nervous system that has been running on empty for years?
When cortisol stays high, your brain looks for quick energy.
Usually sugar.
So before you blame yourself for reaching for chocolate at 3pm or raiding the pantry after dinner, understand this:
Your body is not working against you.
It is trying to protect you.
The answer is not more restriction.
The answer is supporting your hormones, calming your nervous system and nourishing your body with real food.
