We’ve all done it...
👉 “I’ll give it a few more days.”
👉 “Maybe I just slept funny.”
👉 “It’ll probably settle down on its own.”
And sometimes it does.

✔️ You’re recovering from an injury or setback

You don’t need a referral, and you don’t need to wait until the pain becomes unbearable.
Often, the earlier we assess a problem, the easier it is to manage.
