Loving the retreat the bathtub is a treatment after the detox. You sit in a bath with lots of herbs and they pour herbal water over you and massage you. So good!!!
We also did a Ayurvedic facial.
Totally treating myself.
Looking forward to going home.

Today is detox day loving all the treatments food is amazing. One if the meal was vegetable lasagna snd beetroot risotto.
Having great fun with Janice looking forward to sharing Perth with her.

We are at our Ayurvedic Retreat called Oneworld in Bali amazing place.
The food is fantastic and we have treatments twice a day.
I had buttermilk massaged into my hair and face it was very cool and today I had medicated water with herbs in it later. Very relaxing.

Our last full day at the hotel had our amazing breakfast and now it is time to check out the hotel.
Very impressed with the Ritz Carlton beautiful hotel and the staff are amazing.

Janice and I went to the John Hardy Jewelry factory saw how they make all the jewelry it was really fascinating.
Had lunch with other guests and the workers.
Food was lovely had a great time.

Time to take a little break from life. I am in Bali at the Ritz Carlton so beautiful I am waiting for Janice to arrive from America.
This place is amazing we have our own pool and I am on a lounge as we speak.
The picture with the food is a floating breakfast we are having tomorrow.
They bring it in and set it up and we swim and eat.
Loving this.
We spend three days here then off to our retreat.

This is my amazing husband autobiography he has lived such an amazing life. He has built businesses travelled extensively building his career, done amazing sports such as skydiving scuba diving and many more.
His biggest challenge is Parkinson Disease and he is kicking butt with that as well.
All proceeds from the sale of the book go to the Perron Institute for their support of Parkinson Disease.
It is an amazing read and can bought online very soon.
I will put up the link shortly. (What Mark has written in the book is Dear Lee this is your book as much as it is mine.
