Are you a passionate early childhood educator? Shining Kidz Early Learning Centre is looking for a dedicated and experienced Diploma Educator to join our team in Canning Vale!
📍 Location: Canning Vale, WA
💼 Position: Full-time, Permanent
⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday (Rostered shifts between 6:30am–6:30pm)
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
- Has at least 3 years of experience in Early Childhood Education in Australia
- Is passionate about creating high-quality learning experiences for children
- Has strong knowledge of curriculum planning, documentation, assessment, and the planning cycle
- Understands the NQF and has experience contributing to the QIP
- Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Is fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
