Success is about so much more than the number on the scales.

Over the past year, our member Michelle has lost an incredible 15.3kgs, but one of her biggest wins can't be measured by weight alone. Through healthy nutrition, strength training, weekly coaching and accountability, she has also achieved significant improvements in her bone health.
