3 days left to support our efforts in raising funds and awareness for mental health and su***de prevention, with the Black Dog Institutes One Foot forward campaign! Don’t forget, we’re gathering at the Tailor Made Support office from 10am-12pm on Friday the 30th October for a ‘walk, roll or run’ around our block, with light refreshments in the air conditioning to follow. Great news for our community!

A new crisis support space has opened at Rockhampton Hospital 🏥

The Harmony Hub provides a safe, welcoming place for adults experiencing emotional distress – located in the Mental Health Acute Care Team building on Quarry Street.

The service is free and available to people aged 18 years and over, 7 days a week, with no appointment or referral needed.

Opening hours:
> Monday to Friday: 4:30 pm to 9 pm
> Weekends and public holidays: 1 pm to 9 pm

People seeking more information or support can contact the Rockhampton Harmony Hub Crisis Support Space on 0477 788 534 during opening hours, or call 1300 MHCALL (1300 642 255) 24/7 for advice on mental health services.
