🎉 Meet Lizzie — our newest Physiotherapist at On Form Physio! 🙌
We’re thrilled to welcome Lizzie Higgin to the team! Lizzie graduated with First Class Honours in Physiotherapy from the University of East London, where she also received the Ian Ramsden Memorial Prize for Outstanding Contribution — a prestigious award recognising excellence and community impact. 🌟
Her experience spans the English National Ballet 🩰, London Irish Rugby 🏉, and several private clinics within London over the past four years, giving her a deep understanding of performance, recovery, and rehabilitation.
Lizzie takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to care — helping clients return to sport, recover from surgery, or manage knee, hip and back pain. As a mum herself 👶, she designs realistic, goal-focused plans that fit into everyday life.
