Recovery is part of the training.

Your body needs time to slow down, relax and recover after asking it to perform.

You’re not floating in a tiny enclosed pod.

You have your own spacious, private float cabin — and you’re completely in control of how you use it. 🤍

You can leave the door open, partially close it or close it completely.

There’s no right or wrong way to float.
