•Placenta +Plant Alchemy Hi there!

I nurture Goddesses through many of life's stages and phases offering;
Placenta Preparation Arts
Doula Services
Retreats, Workshops and Goddess Gatherings for birth workers, pregnant women, mothers and females alike
Insights into Motherhood and Parenthood...
With many more sprouting seeds of excitement on the vibrant horizon! What brings me the most joy is:
Spreading compassion
Providing care for others and practicing self care
Connection – connecting women and connecting with the inner Goddess. Every woman has an inner Goddess. That Goddess deserves to be held, supported, nurtured and celebrated! I’m Erin…

I love swimming in the sunshine, frozen grapes, creating, connecting, bare feet, kindness, laughing, board games, baby wearing, exploring natural therapies, good company, good wine, togetherness, smiles and giggles, yoga, meditation, diving, travel, massages, learning, adventures, tropical everything, warm cups of tea, delightful smells, nature, outside fires and hot baths in winter, dancing, stretching, my family, my tribe… Ok I’ll stop now. Growing up, I always felt an overwhelming urge to want to create peace and connection and spread love and compassion, I just wasn’t sure in what capacity. Falling pregnant in 2012 saw my life catapulted on a whole new trajectory… I found myself inhaling any and all information I could find on pregnancy, birth, breast feeding, parenthood, women’s mysteries and the sacred feminine. When I gave birth to my first wildling in 2013 I quickly realised just how vitally important it is to not only nurture your child, but to nurture yourself. Finding my tribe of women to journey alongside, share experiences with and support and love one another was an essential aspect of my adventure… I feel so blessed to still have these women in my life as we continue to grow and learn together. I feel very fortunate to be able to combine my passion for pregnancy, birth and motherhood with my desire to care and nurture others. I am able to support women on their individual journeys – whether that’s through my doula and placenta work or bringing women together to weave a web of celebration and support. No one can pour from an empty cup. You must do things for YOU! Beltane blessings to all in the South & Samhain blessings to all in the North 🌸🎃

I 🫶🏽 the energy of Beltane, It’s my fav!

Here in the Southern Hemisphere, we have things a smidgen topsy turvy. Today many people in Australia celebrate Halloween. Or Hallows Eve. Or Samhain. Which it is in the Northern Hemisphere, but not here 🙃

Samhain falls midway between the Autumn Equinox & Winter Solstice. It’s about Autumn, death, decay, letting-go, darkness & your shadow self. It honours the dead. Traditionally, people wore costumes to disguise themselves or ward off spirits, while acknowledging and celebrating the darkness.

Mexico’s Día de los Mu***os (Day of the Dead) falls around this time, honouring and remembering loved ones who have passed, although it has its own distinct cultural and Indigenous roots.

We are rather disconnected from the seasons & cycles these days. Especially in the Southern Hemisphere where we still observe many Northern Hemisphere Seasonal celebrations at the same time, despite being seasonally opposite.

At this Seasonal time my pagan ancestors would have been celebrating BELTANE. Festival of FIRE & FERTILITY! The midway point between Spring Equinox & Summer Solstice. The Peak of Spring, the Gateway to Summer ☀️ Spiraling out 🌀

The Gregorian calendar date is Oct 31st but this year the actual astronomical cross-quarter date is Nov 7th.

The veils are thin at Beltane/Samhain, communing with the unseen realms is easier. Samhain is traditionally associated with communicating with loved ones who have crossed over, Beltane with communing with The Fae. Folklore suggests Beltane is when the Fae return from their winter rest. Fairies abound! 🧚

Beltane is one of the 8 seasonal & agricultural festivals celebrated on The Wheel of The Year.

It celebrates all things light & fertility. Flowers are blossoming, fruits are appearing & everything is bursting with potent fertility. Beltane celebrates the coming together of the divine feminine & masculine.

If you’re feeling called to learn more about & connect authentically with The Wheel of The Year, this will be our anchor point for the LIGHTHOUSE Postal Service journey, join me! 🐌💌🌠

This gift giving season please invest some of your precious energy & resources into creating the world you wish to inhabit 🫶🏽

For our children/nieces/nephews, for our grandchildren, & for our great grandchildren.

I see those of us who are supporting local where we can.
Who are supporting homemade, handmade, ethical, sustainable, local etc
Who are supporting each other.

THANK YOU

This has been one of my toughest years business wise & I know I’m not alone.

Too many amazing local small businesses are having to close their doors & it breaks my heart. I don’t want to join that statistic & I don’t want anyone else in my community joining that statistic.

I know purchasing online from Temu or other big chain conglomerates can feel so tempting & convenient… but for the love of all things holy, please let’s do our best to keep it within the village, for our survival.

Think gift vouchers for local shops & services.
Think local, homemade, handmade, ethical, sustainable, organic, low mile products & produce.

I know everyone’s nervous system is stretched right now… it’s been somewhat of a barrage these past 6+ years 😅 BUT, this giving season we can choose to slow down & make our choices from more of a thought-out, grounded, regulated, creative place 🫶🏽

PLEASE tag your fav accounts below. Small businesses. Wonderful humans who we want to see not just survive but THRIVE. Let’s build an old school bangin’ gift guide together ❤️‍🔥

Also please loudly & unapologetically spruik your own wares & services!

We need to shout each other from the rooftops right now 🙌🏽 Together we are united & strong 💪🏽

Unashamedly I have on offer;
~ Personalised gift vouchers for any of my services, or for a dollar amount to go towards a service, ceremony, journey, retreat, course etc
~ Botanical products (energy clearing mist, mugwort body oil) p.s. the clearing mists make GREAT teacher gifts 😉

Let’s do this 🙌🏽

I infuse craft into every circle/ceremony space I facilitate and it will be in the LIGHTHOUSE Postal Service too… why?

The way to move something from our head to our heart is through our hands 👐🏽 It helps embodiment.

Craft brings us into the present moment. We engage our senses, feel textures, notice colours and move from thinking about our experience to actually experiencing it.

Sometimes we’re sitting with something we cannot articulate. A transition, a grief, a longing, a version of ourselves we’re outgrowing. Creating gives that internal experience an external form. Sometimes we discover what we feel through making, rather than needing to know before we begin.

During circle sharing, craft gives us something to focus on, softening the intensity of a circle of eyes on the person speaking. It gives our hands something to do while our hearts do their work. It makes silences less awkward and helps the words to flow.

Craft can move energy through the lower energy centres, particularly through the sacral chakra, where our creative life force energy resides.

It’s also an illuminating tool for recognising patterns, programs & stories. So many people carry ‘I’m just not creative’ or ‘I’m no good at art’… & craft gently (or sometimes not so gently) brings these stories to the surface to be lovingly explored.

It invites us to make decisions without knowing the outcome, make mistakes, change direction & discover beauty in what didn’t go to plan. It reveals how we relate to uncertainty, control & being beginners.

Creating together is an ancient act. It speaks to belonging. It’s co-regulation. We witness one another’s individuality while sharing an experience.

Humans are innately creative beings. All of nature is, & we ARE nature.

Creation isn’t reserved for artists. We create our homes, relationships, rituals & lives.

We don’t have to be good at it. We can play, explore, make a mess & follow our curiosity.

What if we create simply because we are alive?

How do you feel about creating?

They’re HERE!

The kids told me they’d seen them in the local supermarket so I kept my eye out & then did a lil happy dance in the F&V aisle when I spotted them sitting all ripe & pretty ready to be devoured 😭
I have also had a few messages from fellow members of the MAS (Mango Appreciation Society) letting me know they’re BACK, appreciate you guys 🙏🏽

And so here we are with my annual ‘first mango of the season’ shot because I do love a yearly tradition. I love having my eyes open to the varying changes & appearances that signal the turning of the Wheel of The Year. (Side note — join me in the ⛯LIGHTHOUSE⛯ Postal Service to learn all about The Wheel of The Year, literal foundational knowledge that is our birthright & should be taught in schools everywhere, but has instead been cleverly hidden from us for centuries because it is so powerful 🌠🐌💌💥😉)

Ostara (Spring Equinox) just passed us by on Sept 23rd & I know mangoes are close when we pass Equinox. Since I was a child the first appearance of mangoes have signalled the beginnings of my fav time of the year Spring-a-ling-a-ding-dong heading into those delicious scorching hot days of Summer, BRING IT! 🙌🏽

These precious fruits of the Goddess, full of pure golden sunshine delight, do all the good things to every part of me. Like eyes rolling into the back of my head style 🙄😍
I would totally not be averse to bathing stark raving naked in their sticky, pulpy, sexy magick... just saying 😉

This mango right here, for me, represents the simplest of happy inducing feelz. It means the blossoms have appeared on the fruit trees & the blanket of vibrant green foliage & fruit set has begun. It means the urge to get back into the garden has hit, a ‘chore’ l adore! It means the scent of Neighbourhood barbecues has begun wafting into my nostrils of an evening & that beach weather is imminent 🌊

The children have inherited my mad amour for the majestic mango & so we generally get a cheek each & then it’s a showdown for seed rights! 2 mangoes a sitting... an expensive habit it seems, but a LOT cheaper than illicit drugs (just 😅) so, WINNING I guess 🤷🏽‍♀️😂

All of the above stories shared with permission 🙏🏽

Have you experienced receiving messages/signs/synchronicities from a loved one who has crossed over?

I feel there is something really powerful in seeing that many of us experience these things. Sometimes we second-guess ourselves or gaslight ourselves into believing that what we experience isn’t ‘real’, and I feel that in sharing our stories, we can give others permission to open themselves to the possibility of connection with their loved ones on the other side, which can be so healing 🙏🏽🫶🏽

At the beginning of April I stumbled across a 30 day photography challenge called ‘find art in your every day’ through a friends story…

I found Tamara from who I hadn’t come across before (random because we apparently have a mill mutual follows and she’s an adelaide photog) and she had written…

“…starting this April, i’m running a 30 day challenge for my community

documenting the everyday has been deeply grounding for my own mental health. A way of noticing the beauty that already exists around me and this is an invitation to spark the same in you.

find the art in your everyday

a project of noticing & paying attention to the beauty of your life

we spend so much time chasing dopamine from quick fixes this is about finding it in what already exists around you

because the art is already there. it just needs you to notice

join for a day or stay for all 30 all devices welcome

i’ve curated a prompt for every day in April to guide you take a photo and share it to your feed or stories

use so we can all see and share in it together”

I WAS IN 🙌🏽

And I’ve LOVED IT ❤️‍🔥

Creativity & art is the antidote beautiful people!

This is why so many of us are feeling our creative centers pulsing right now… we’ve CRAVING it, being drawn into the beauty way. Finding ourselves longing to create, draw, knit, paint, take photos, use our hands to move from our heads into our hearts & the present moment 🫶🏽

Because the medicinal frequency of creation and art is a HUGE part of the antidote to the collective shadows that are being drawn into the light right now as a part of this epic time of transition that humanity is traversing. Creativity & art is how we integrate, alchemise, ROMANTICIZE and fall in love with life all over again. Simplicity ☺️

And so here are 20 of my 30 story posts, you can see the prompt written on the image… thank you Tamara, I loved the process, the shift in awareness, the inspiration 🙏🏽

How had you been connecting to your creativity lately?
