are usually the ones who feel too busy to come.

The ones juggling work, family, appointments, responsibilities, stress, exhaustion, mental load, and everyone else’s needs before their own.

By the end of the day, yoga can feel like “one more thing.”

But sometimes the hour you spend on your mat is the thing that helps everything else feel more manageable.

​Refining a new studio timetable is always a bit of a puzzle, and I am so grateful for your flexibility and support as we trial these new times.

​Seeing a beautiful, full room for our merged Saturday 8:00 AM class (which only has one spot left) and hearing such positive feedback about shifting the current Restorative 4.30 PM class to 5:00 PM (starting 12th June) reminds me why I do this.

Thank you for rolling with the changes and always showing up with such wonderful energy.

If your back has been sore lately, read this first 🤍

Sometimes when people have back pain, they stop moving because they’re afraid of making it worse.

They rest more, avoid exercise, cancel yoga classes, and wait until the pain disappears before returning.

But for many people, gentle movement is actually one of the most supportive things for the body.

You do not need to push, strain, or force your body.

Slow, mindful movement, breathing, mobility, relaxation, and building confidence in movement again can all help support a healthier back.

Our teachers are trained in anatomy and understand how to support students with back pain safely and gently.

We know which movements may help, which poses may need to be modified or avoided, and we always offer options throughout class so you can work within your own body and comfort level.

Yoga here is not about extreme poses or pushing through pain.

Many students tell me:
“I almost didn’t come because my back was sore… but I feel so much better afterwards.”

It’s about moving gently, listening to your body, and creating consistency over time.
