A heartfelt welcome to Saba, the newest member of the PEP Movement team! 💛🖤

Saba has a graduate degree in Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Master’s in orthopaedic and manual physical therapy from Pakistan. 🩺 🩻 She has also completed Lymphoedema Management training from ALERT Program Macquarie University. 💪🏼

Saba has experience working with a wide range of patients across all age groups and is passionate about delivering individualised, patient-centred care. Saba combines hands on treatment, exercise-based rehabilitation and education to help her patients through every stage of their recovery. 🙌🏽

Saba values building strong connection with her patients and creating a supportive environment where they feel confident and involved in their rehabilitation journey. She has a particular interest in managing complex cases, improving movement patterns and supporting long-term outcomes. ✨

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys crochet and painting in her free time. 🎨👩🏽‍🎨

Saba is multilingual speaking English, Punjabi and Urdu 🇵🇰🇮🇳
