We deliver practical, real-world training designed to support both organisations and individuals to build confidence, capability, and real outcomes.

Led by experienced trainers, our sessions connect theory with hands-on application - tailored to suit different learning styles and what you actually need to get out of it.

From team wellbeing and workplace culture, to trauma-informed care, disability support, and NDIS compliance - our training is flexible, relevant, and built around you.

Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) | Creating homes that truly support the way people live.

At Enlarge Living, we deliver high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes for people with complex support needs - helping create greater independence, comfort, and a more fulfilled lifestyle.

SDA housing is tailored to the individual, with features designed to support daily living and long-term needs. There are four design categories:
🌱 Improved Livability - supporting sensory, cognitive, and functional needs
🌱 Fully Accessible - designed for high physical accessibility, including wheelchair use
🌱 Robust - strong, durable homes suited to complex behaviours
🌱 High Physical Support - for those requiring advanced support, including assistive technology

Say hello to Matt 👋

The one who started it all and still the driving force behind Enlarge Living today.

What began in 2018 as a focus on creating quality housing options has grown into something much bigger. Matt’s vision has always been about giving people with disability more choice and control where they live, who they live with, and how they live their lives.

Since then, that vision has evolved. From building over 50 homes across the region, to expanding into Coordination of Supports, and now supporting other organisations through auditing and consultancy, it’s all been about raising the standard and helping others navigate the NDIS space with confidence.

With years of experience and a real passion for doing things properly, Matt’s not just building homes - he’s building opportunities, stronger services, and a better future for the sector. 🌱
