No two brain injuries are the same, and neither are the journeys of the people living with them.

This Brain Injury Awareness Week, the theme "Brain Injury: Many Pathways, One Community" reminds us that while every experience is unique, no one should have to navigate it alone.

Around 1 in 45 Australians are living with a brain injury, with many acquiring their injury through everyday events such as falls, road accidents, stroke, illness or sporting injuries. Raising awareness helps build understanding, reduce stigma, and create more inclusive communities where people can access the support they need.

At Enlarge Living, we're committed to supporting people to live with choice, independence and connection, recognising that every person's goals, strengths and support needs are different.

Together, we can foster a community where everyone feels understood, empowered and supported.

Today is Jeans for Genes Day! 👖💙

Our Enlarge Living team member, Cindy, is taking on the Ks for Kids challenge this August to raise funds for Children's Medical Research Institute.

Did you know that 1 in 20 Australian children are born with a genetic disease or birth defect? That's one child in every classroom.

Every donation helps keep vital research moving forward, supports scientists working to find new treatments and cures, and brings hope to children and families affected by genetic disease.

National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children's Day has been celebrated every year since 1988, recognising the strength, culture and bright futures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.
