Meet - Glen Harvey
Strength & Conditioning Coach

Glen is a strength and conditioning coach with a background rooted in British performance sport and a strong focus on building resilient, capable, and well-conditioned athletes. He works across general population training, performance development, and clinical populations, with experience supporting clients under the NDIS framework.

His coaching integrates structured strength programming, conditioning, and functional capacity development, with an emphasis on improving work capacity, movement efficiency, and long-term physical robustness. He has a particular interest in HYROX-style training and hybrid performance, blending endurance and strength demands in a systematic way.

At MOUVAIRE, Glen delivers 1:1 coaching and small group strength and conditioning sessions, adapting programming to suit individual goals, abilities, and functional needs.

Physiotherapist

Sharlene is a physiotherapist and Pilates instructor with a specialist focus on chronic pain management, movement re-education, and long-term functional recovery. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate persistent pain conditions by improving how they move, load, and build capacity over time.

Alongside her work at MOUVAIRE, Sharlene also works at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, where she is involved in complex clinical care and rehabilitation. Founder of MOUVAIRE

Mimi is a physiotherapist and movement specialist with a background in elite performance, including working within the world of touring productions such as Cirque DuSoleil, Disney and other touring groups. Her experience in high-demand, high-performance settings shaped her understanding of the physical and mental toll that constant movement, travel, and pressure can place on the body.

She is also a certified Hintsa Performance coach, integrating a globally recognised approach used with elite athletes and leaders to optimise health, performance, and longevity.

Through MOUVAIRE Studio, Mimi brings together clinical physiotherapy, physio-led Pilates, and performance methodology. Her work focuses on helping people transition — from injury, burnout, or demanding lifestyles — into strength, control, and long-term resilience.

Her method is precise, individualised, and grounded in real-world experience — designed for those who want more than just rehab: they want to move better, perform better, and sustain it.
