At Adelaide Hills Bikram we offer Bikram Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Meditation and Group Fitness Classes in the heart of the Adelaide Hills. The Yoga studio is located in the stunning town of Stirling 15 minutes from Adelaide CBD in the Adelaide Hills. We are easily accessible in a uniquely quiet and tranquil location. Founded by local Hills residents for the Adelaide Hills Yoga community the Adelaide Hills Bikram and Yin Yoga School offers a warm, welcoming and compassionate environment to help you achieve yours goals in the body, mind and soul. We provide services to all people of all ability levels from sporting clubs to individuals of every shape, age and size.
