Oh I am getting possibly too excited about this new online space with all the options... so imagine we meet under the tree... than a magic door appears as the handle get touched it opens wide and we dive deeper into the meditation... Get ready for a first free trial as I like to see how it all works after spending last night creating those drawing to insert etc. way too much fun, but I'll leave it now and will create the event instead.

Sometimes it can be wonderful to just walk a path together - this online platform allows it from afar - seeing the light at the end of the path - still a beautiful path under the trees. Where on the picture would you place yourself:
At the beginning, somewhere in the middle or already at the gate in the bright sunshine?
Or in the tree-office.
Why the tree?
I love playfulness, especially when there is a lot of stress going round... it also reminds me of one of my first meditation journeys I participated - trees are still coming into my journey meditation such as the wishing tree.
We can meet in my tree- office and take a journey down some winding staircase to the roots of the tree... receiving a key to a hidden room to bring something back up and into the light.
If you live too far for a personal meet and greet - or want to get to know me before committing to a change you like to find support for.

With still holding the connection in my heart, feeling grateful for what we all shared at the gathering, I invite to keep the threats weaving.
It feels it was just yesterday when we planted the symbolic seed on the dark moon at wise womens's. Keep the photo of the altar I created for us.
I finalised the symbolic seed planting in our garden and the 3 beans planted for abundance and future nurturing are taking off fast - the flower seeds start peeking through - exiting to sit now what can grow alongside - inside.

... My workshop contribution this year was the new moon in Ta**us offered on Sunday almost exactly time of the new moon to integrate and plant a seed for what is/ was most important or a take away from our time at the gathering.. afterwards we had the closing ceremony... The Wonderful women who came made this workshop full of ease and joy.. thoughtful questions and I hope the seeds will grow with all the love spread throughout the weekend ❤️

Love this for the full moon in Scorpio... as being a Scorpio I can assure the depth, truth seeking and often sharp mind has both sides of the swart of truth... in fact I always look forward to unveil and dive deeply.

As I had been replenishing with sisters in the bush during International Women's Day (will write a little bit about that later), I found this on return and are inspired.

I’ve attached the short reel now too, in case you’d like to use it for your own resourcing – maybe add your own words or simply watch and listen to nature.
In EMDR, resourcing is about finding an inner place of untouched positive experience – a safe or peaceful place/ space – inner calm – loving heart space or whatever wording feels right for you – however it is important to name ‘it’.
This resource can become something to return to in stressful moments as it can have calming, grounding, nurturing effects in the here and now – if practiced and tapped in.
In therapy this helps to prevent re-traumatisation and overwhelm – a tool you can call upon when needed.
For me, it works best as a full body memory, such as the narrated version I posted here. I can recall how peaceful I felt on my paddle board, let the stress fall away and stay present, calm and aware in the here and now.
