Weekends look a little different for Adrian.

When he's not in the clinic at Bend + Mend, you'll find him on the sideline with an NPL Women's First Grade and U23 squad, currently sitting on top of the Club Championship ladder.

Game day can mean anything from strapping ankles before kick-off, managing injuries during the match, making quick calls on whether a player can continue, or helping guide rehab plans to get athletes back on the field.

From hamstring and calf strains to hip, knee, ankle and lower back injuries, Adrian works closely with players and coaches to keep the squad healthy, available and performing at their best.

This is Adrian's second season with the program, after also helping out with the men's side over the past couple of years.
