Georgia is a ESSA- accredited Exercise Physiologist, holding a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science with a Masters of Exercise Physiology from The University of Newcastle. Georgia enjoys working with a range of neurological conditions, with a particular interest in Parkinsons Disease and Motor Neuron Disease. Georgia is passionate about supporting individuals to achieve their goals, as well as improve their physical and mental health through individualised interventions. She uses a client-centred approach to ensure the interventions delivered are fun and supportive.

Tom is an Occupational Therapist with over two years of clinical experience supporting individuals to achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life. After beginning his career in paediatrics, Tom developed a strong interest in working with adults and is passionate about helping people with neurological conditions achieve meaningful goals and maximise their participation in everyday activities.

Thomas enjoys working closely with clients, their families, and the wider multidisciplinary team to develop practical, individualised strategies that support independence at home, in the community, and in the activities that matter most to them. He has a particular interest in neurological rehabilitation, functional skill development, and assisting clients to build confidence in their daily lives.

Prior to becoming a Speech Pathologist, Kylie worked as an Allied Health Assistant within community settings, gaining valuable experience supporting people with a wide range of disabilities and complex needs.

Throughout her career, Kylie has worked across the Newcastle and Central Coast regions, developing a strong understanding of community-based service delivery and person-centered care. She is committed to building meaningful relationships with participants, families, and support networks to deliver therapy that is functional, evidence-based, and tailored to each individual's goals.

Our specialised Upper Limb Service is designed to help individuals living with neurological conditions improve shoulder, arm and hand function, maximise independence, and enhance participation in everyday activities.

We provide evidence-based interventions including:
• Goal-directed therapy and task-specific training
• Spasticity and hypertonicity management
• Neurological upper limb splinting
• Constraint Induced Movement Therapy (CIMT)
• Upper limb group therapy

Rose has been working as a Neurological Physiotherapist for over five years across public health settings in Australia and the United Kingdom, with experience in acute hospitals, inpatient neurorehabilitation, and outpatient services.

She is passionate about supporting people with a range of neurological conditions, including spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, demyelinating disorders, and vestibular dysfunction.

Rose has a special interest in neuro-respiratory management and integrating breathing mechanics into rehabilitation to optimise movement and motor control. She combines evidence-based rehabilitation, neuroplasticity principles, and targeted exercise to help people achieve meaningful improvements in function and quality of life.
