Exercise Right Week 2026!!!
Exercise Physiologists are here to support your exercise at every stage of life 💪

Zac originally started Exercise Physiology sessions to maximise his upper and lower body strength to support safe transfers, optimal participation in daily activities, to protect his shoulder health and stay injury free as a wheelchair user.

Now, his training has progressed into both weekly gym and court-based sessions focused on building his cardiovascular fitness, strength, wheelchair skills and performance for something new… wheelchair rugby.

Awesome to see Zac smashing it both in the gym and on the court 👏🏉

Exercise Right Week is underway with this year’s theme of “Get Expert Advice for Every Body”.

When it comes to exercise and chronic conditions such as those, we see at Neuro Alliance, it is important to seek advice from a qualified professional who can provide personalised guidance for your individual needs.

So what is an Exercise Physiologist (EP) ⁉️

EPs are specialist Allied Health professionals who utilise exercise to prevent, treat or manage chronic illnesses or conditions. We prescribe exercise as medicine, to improve quality of life, reduce pain, and increase strength and fitness. EPs are passionate about helping individuals exercise in a way that is safe and effective and play a valuable role in assisting people to improve their health and wellbeing through exercise.

Exercise Right Week is an annual initiative held each year, aiming to highlight the benefits of exercise for your health and well-being and to help you understand where to get the right advice for your individual exercise needs.

This week we will be highlighting the importance of exercise as well as showcasing some of our wonderful clients achievements.

- Reception, administration or customer service experience
- Healthcare, allied health or medical administration experience
- Knowledge of NDIS, Medicare or health administration processes
