Break the Pattern
In a world that celebrates busyness, constant productivity, and being “always on,” many people are living with brains and nervous systems that never truly switch off. From the moment we wake, we are bombarded with alarms, notifications, rushing schedules, traffic, work demands, children’s activities, artificial light, and endless stimulation. Over time, the brain begins to adapt to this constant pace by staying in a state of low-level survival.
