Are you the new Karlin? Care2Move Mobility is looking for a friendly, people-focused Mobility Specialist to join our Tweed Heads South team. Karlin, who currently manages our store, is moving on to his next chapter – so we’re on the lookout for someone special to step into his shoes. If you’re outgoing, genuinely care about people, and love helping others stay mobile and independent, we’d love to hear from you.
About us - Care2Move Mobility is part of Care Easy, a family-run, award-winning local company that’s bringing the care back into aged care. In our Tweed Heads South store, we support older adults, people living with disability and their families to find the right mobility and daily living equipment for their needs.
About the role
As our new Mobility Specialist, you will:
• Welcome customers into the store and make them feel comfortable
• Listen to their needs and recommend suitable mobility and daily living products
• Learn how different products work and explain them in simple, friendly language
• Help keep the showroom tidy, well-presented and stocked
• Occasionally drop off or collect equipment (company vehicle provided)
Who we’re looking for
This role would suit someone who is:
• Outgoing, friendly and easy to talk to
• Patient, empathetic and genuinely cares about people’s wellbeing
• Willing to learn about a wide range of mobility products
• Reliable, organised and happy to work as part of a close-knit team
Requirements:
• Current driver’s licence
• Current (or willing to obtain) National Police Check
We will happily consider a university student, especially if you are studying Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy or a related health field, and want hands-on, real-world experience working with clients in the community.
