Happy SpooOOookkKYy Halloween! 👻🎃

Ever wondered what glasses your favourite Halloween characters would choose? Well, we have! 😂

We've been having a bit of fun matching some of our frames to a few familiar spooky faces, and we reckon we've found some pretty good fits! 👓

Which character do you think we've matched best? 🕷️🦇

125 pairs of eyes checked in one day! 👀👓

Martin and Leela headed back to school, this time at Port Elliot Primary School, with two fifth-year optometry students joining them for a big day of free vision screenings!

It was a fantastic day helping identify children who might benefit from a more comprehensive eye examination.

A big thank you to the school for having us and to all 125 kids for being so wonderful!

Safe to say Martin and Leela's knees were ready for a rest by the end of the day! 😄❤️

Happy International Wombat Day! 🐾

We couldn’t let the day go by without sharing this very cute wombat Sarah spotted on her travels in Tasmania!

And of course, we couldn’t resist giving him a little See Optometry makeover with a pair of Marc Vincent glasses. 👓😄

We think he wears them pretty well!

Ever wondered what the world looks like through someone else’s eyes? 👀 👓

We recently tried this out with our team, using contact lenses to simulate different prescriptions, then seeing how things changed once corrected with glasses.

It was a great way for us to better understand what our patients experience, especially when adjusting to a new pair of glasses, and how we can help with small changes to make their vision more comfortable.

This reel gives you a little sneak peek at what it can be like living with different prescriptions!

Why choose between new glasses and new sunnies when you can have both? 👓😎

If your health fund extras reset at the end of the year, now’s the time to put this year’s benefits towards a new pair.

Then, choose a second pair to order in January using your new year’s benefits, and we’ll give you $100 off the second pair!

Book your appointment and make the most of your extras before the end of the year.

Today is World Sight Day 👓

Caring for your eyes is about more than just checking how clearly you can see.

It is about taking the time to get to know you, understanding your vision and eye health, and providing personalised care that feels supportive and close to home.

That is something both Martin and Leela really value. Longer appointments, familiar faces, and the chance to see an optometrist who knows your history.

So this World Sight Day, we are celebrating the importance of looking after your eyes and the value of local eye care!
