We are beyond humbled to have been awarded Excellence in Health & Fitness winners at the Wauchope Chamber Business Awards! 🏆

We’re incredibly proud to receive this award. More than anything, we want to say a huge thank you to every single person who has trusted us with their health and wellbeing.

It’s not just about votes, its’s about the faith you place in us every day to be part of your journey, and that means the world to us! Small business is hard right now, but we show up for our clients, even in the days when our cups are empty.

A massive congratulations as well to the other incredible businesses in our category. You’re all doing amazing things for our community, and it was an honour to be recognised alongside you. In a small community like ours, we know and experience your businesses for ourselves and want to send love to the other desertving finalists ❤️

Wauchope, Some of the locals and I were conversing between consults, and realised we’re stuck with clothes, shoes and home stuff we no longer need but let’s be real who has the time to put it all on Depop. Sooo Why not make a fun vibe out of it and clear out a bunch of stuff at the same time…

HENCE DEPOP DOWNTOWN WAS BORN!

Next Saturday 11th June we will have a selection racks with workout gear, boho selections, sunnies, shoes, some kids clothes, plus and a bunch of cool girls to converse with.

If your out and about, getting a coffee or want a morning stroll come by, down the side of our beautiful old building, follow the signs and maybe you’ll find some treasures

We’re kicking things off this Saturday with the beautiful Sophia from 🌸 Offering her stunning natural products, handmade creations, and thoughtfully curated goods.

So this weekend, while you’re out on your Saturday morning stroll…or looking for something to do this weekend, Instead of heading straight to Coles or Woolworths, take a moment to:

As a naturopath specialising in women’s health, I’m so passionate about helping mums and daughters start comfortable conversations around periods, before they arrive 💗 It’s about creating a safe space to talk about whats to come.

Our Pre-Teen Period Pack is all about gentle care, being prepared for that important transitional stage and education 🌸

Each pack includes:
✨Pelvi Floral teen period briefs
✨Magnesium bath salts *or* Mag Phos oral spray for gentle, teen friendly cramp support. You can pre order both AND
✨A block of chocolate, because honestly… what girl doesn’t need chocolate? We will provide the Yummy but healthier version 😉

We are excited to welcome Shani, to The Wellness Collective Wauchope ✨

As we step into a new year of huge growth here at The Wellness Collective , her approach aligns beautifully with our vision for the year ahead, expanding our offerings, to elevate integrative care for the Mid North Coast, continuing to create a clinic where mind, body, and nervous system are all held with compassion and consideration for health.

Shani is a holistic wellness practitioner with over 12 years of experience in the mental health field, weaving together counselling, somatic awareness, embodiment practices, creative expression, and nature-based connection for clients. Her work honours the whole person, supporting emotional regulation, self-connection, clarity, and meaningful, embodied change.

With qualifications in Social Science, Counselling, Mental Health, Art Therapy, and Women’s Embodiment, Shani offers deeply personalised integrative counselling sessions that create a grounded, nurturing space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

We are honoured to have Shani join our collective and can’t wait for our community to experience the depth, wisdom, and care she brings ✨
