THE DREAM: IMAGINE A WORLD OF PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE! Spiritual Expos: I so love them. This is my friend Christiane and I offering mini energy balancing sessions in Shamanic Energy and Healing Drum. It was such a fun day of holistic practitioners, Intuitive Readers, Crystal tables, Candles, Crystal Jewelry and with the added fun of it being on Halloween Day! The goal is to help each other to be our healthiest self: body, mind and spirit. A great day of sharing!

Sometimes life throws in a reason to take a “little pause” and slow down! This is me today doing just that! Because when we go go go a bit too much, the body will give us a reminder that it wants a slower pace. I guess it’s the reason I fell and injured my knee. Now I need to sit down for a while, and slow the pace, because I have to.

CHICKADEES IN THE MORNING. Such a beautiful sound. They remind me to be grateful for the simple things in life that we often take for granted. Being grateful can fill a weary heart. I have started a gratitude journal and I list three things I am grateful for first thing every morning. My heart actually tingles from this positive vibe!

What is a spiritual person? I think a spiritual person is one who’s authentic, honest and genuine. One who does their best to continue to learn, be mindful, developing intuition, connecting to the higher consciousness to bring light and love to themselves and the people around them.

I feel that really it’s about connecting to the heart, where all knowing takes place. The uncovering of the spiritual aspect within.
